Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the TableTap app or this website. TableTap is operated by BrightSoft DOOEL Skopje, ul. Frederik Shopen br. 28-2, Kisela Voda, 1000 Skopje, North Macedonia. By using TableTap you agree to these terms.

What TableTap is

TableTap is a free app for discovering restaurants and bars, reserving tables and taking part in venue loyalty programs. Venues on TableTap are independent businesses — we help you reach them, but we don't run them, and the food, drinks and service are theirs.

Your account

You need an account to make a reservation. Keep your details accurate — venues use them to hold your table and reach you if something changes. You are responsible for activity on your account, and you must be at least 16 to create one.

Reservations

  • A reservation is a request until the venue confirms it. Once confirmed, you receive a booking code.
  • A confirmed table is held for a standard three-hour window from your start time.
  • You can cancel a pending or confirmed reservation in the app. Venues can also decline or cancel reservations; when that happens, we notify you right away.
  • Please show up for tables you book, and cancel when your plans change — repeated no-shows may limit your ability to book.

Loyalty points and rewards

Loyalty programs belong to individual restaurants. Points are earned when a participating restaurant confirms your reservation, apply only at that restaurant, and have no cash value. Rewards and earning rules are set by the restaurant and may change; if a confirmed reservation is cancelled, points earned or spent on it are reversed.

Fair use

Don't misuse TableTap: no false reservations, no interfering with the service, no attempting to access other people's accounts, and no using the app for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep TableTap accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". We are not responsible for a venue's food, service, pricing or conduct, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for damages arising from your use of the service is limited. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms as TableTap evolves; the current version always lives on this page. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia. Questions go to support@tabletap.mk.
